摘　　要：做好校企合作培养模式下学生思想政治教育工作,是校企合作培养工作得以顺利开展及提高学生培养质量的关键所在。文章通过探析构建有效思想政治教育队伍、在实习单位建立学生党团组织、加强学校和企业文化建设、促进大学生自我"四自"教育、借助家庭成员的力量等途径和方式,让校企合作模式下大学生思想政治教育切实得以顺利进行并获得实效。An efficient ＂politics and ideology education＂ with the mode of college-compa- ny-cooperation is a key to improve students＇ competence. This paper concerns the way of de- veloping a competent teaching team,establishing party organization in companies accepting the internship,strengthening the campus and company culture,improving students＇ self-discipline, and asking help from their family, with the purpose of contributing to practice.
