摘　　要：借助统计分析软件 SPSS for Windows 9.0 ,运用主成份分析法 ,对企业经济效益和财务状况进行了综合评价 。By using the method of Principal Components Analysis,we discuss the problem of appraisal on the enterprise benefit,the effect and the financial affairs with the help of the statistical software SPSS for windows.The scientific principles of the theory and the reasonable principles of it have become obvious by the studies of Principal Components Analysis.A rather over all and reasonable method is provided for the evaluation and order arranging of enterprises according to the financial state and economic benefit.
