摘 要:首次对独脚当归中阿魏酸和多糖的含量进行了研究。用70%甲醇回流提取独脚当归中的阿魏酸,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对其含量进行测定;用水提醇沉的方法提取独脚当归中的多糖,使用紫外分光光度计(UV spectrophotometry),采用苯酚-硫酸法对其含量进行测定。结果表明:独脚当归中阿魏酸和多糖的含量分别为86.10μg/g、34.60 mg/g。该测定方法简单、快速、准确,为独脚当归药材的质量控制提供了一个定量方法和参考依据。从独脚当归阿魏酸和多糖含量方面,说明了独脚当归代替当归使用,其药效会明显弱于当归。The contents of femlic acid and polysaccharide in roots of Yicatia thibetica de Boiss were studied for the first time. Ferulic acid was extracted with 70% methanol reflux method, and determined by high performanceliquid chroma- tography( HPLC), while polysaccharide was extracted by water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation processes, and deter- mined by the phenol-sulfuric method utilizing UV spectrophotometry. The content of ferulic acid and polysaccharide in V. thibetica were 85.10 μg/g and 34.60 mg/g,respectively. The method applied in this study provided a quantitative method and reference in controlling the qualite of V. thibetica.
