摘　　要：团队成员的遴选是创新团队建设的第一个环节。本文首先提出了将科研合作网络方法应用到创新团队成员遴选过程当中的思路,然后以中国工程物理研究院等4个机构在爆炸力学领域的科研合作网络为例进行了实证分析。研究表明,本方法在创新团队成员遴选过程中有一定的可操作性和应用价值。It is the first step for constructing the innovation team to select team members. The paper brought out an idea to use the science and research co-operation net-work in the selecting team members. Then the paper studies the method take the four institutions as an example including the Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics. The result shows that it is functional and it has some application value.
