摘  要:现代教育理念和教育制度是建立在现代主义理论基础上的,而后现代主义对现代主义理论进行了全方位的批判和解构,这些解构中也牵涉到对因建立在现代主义理论之上的教育理念和制度的解构。现代教育的最大问题在于过分偏重统一性教育而相对忽视多样性教育,这种倾向因忽视对特殊性学生和创造性、包容性人才的培养,因忽视创新性理论的开发和兼容性知识的教育,严重制约了教育的发展。为此应通过建构差异性"共生"、"共存"的教育理念,建构创新性理论成果和创造性人才的教育目标,建构过程性和开放性的教育和教学模式等措施来改变这一局面。The concept of modern education and the educational system are based on the theory of modernism, and the postmodernist theory fully criticizes and deconstructs the modernist theory, involving the deconstruction of the modern educational theory and system established on this theory. The biggest problem of modern education is that it emphasizes too much unity on education and neglects the diversity education. This tendency, because of the neglect of the special students and the cultivation of creative, inclusive talent, the innovative theory and the development of compatibility knowledge, seriously restricted the development of education. For this reason, the measure to foster " symbiosis" and" coexistence" idea of education, to build up the innovative theories and determine the creative talents goal of education, to construct progressive and open educational and teaching models, etc. should be taken to change this situation.
