摘　　要：兵役法的新修改对高校大学生国防教育具有重要意义,需要准确把握兵役法修改对高校大学生国防教育提出的新要求,扎实推进大学生国防教育创新发展。要充分认识大学生服兵役的法律责任,通过有效的高校国防教育创造有利于大学生踊跃参军入伍的良好条件;要不断提高高校大学生国防教育的质量,切实为军队现代化建设提供高素质的兵员;要不断完善高校大学生国防教育的制度机制,真正把新修改的兵役法落到实处。The newly revised military service law on national defense education for college students is of great significance. We should accurately understand the new requirements of national defense education demanded by the revised law for college students, and promote the development and innovation of this education for college students. We must fully understand the legal responsibility of college students ＂ military service, create good conditions conducive to them to enthusiastically join the army through effective national defense education in university; continuously improve the quality of this education, and provide the army＇ s modernization with high - quality sources of troops; and improve the system of national defense education of college students, and put the real newly revised Military Service Law into effect.
