以“产学研用”合作创新高职师资队伍建设的机制——以高职服装设计专业为例

摘　　要：随着我国高职教育的快速发展,高职院校师资队伍建设的创新迫在眉睫。文章提出,大力推进以"产学研用"合作的模式培养师资,不仅可提升教师的专业技能水平,强化"双师型"师资队伍建设目标,还可构筑稳固型师资队伍建设平台,完善"双兼制"师资队伍结构和创新合作型师资队伍建设机制。With the quick development of Chinese higher vocational education, it has become an urgent task to innovate construction of teachers＇ team in higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward that enhancing the teachers＇ team by ＂production, learning, research and application＂ cooperation can not only promote the level of teachers＇ major skill, strengthen the target of constructing the ＂dual-qualified teachers＂ team, but also stabilize teachers＇ team, perfect the ＂concurrent post system＂ teachers＇ team structure and innovate cooperative teachers＇ team construction system.
