摘　　要：通过对我国现有大学生创业政策的梳理与分析,指出了制约大学生创业政策措施落实的有关因素,诸如法规的效力不足等。并在此基础上提出了对现有大学生创业政策的完善构想,落实大学生创业优惠,构建法律层面的制度等。Through analysis of China＇s current higher vocational college students＇ innovative undertaking policies ,this article puts forward some relevant restriction factors, such as lack of law＇s power and so on.At the basis of this,the authors propose more perfect policy conception of college students in order to complete their employment favours and to set up the institution of relative law.
