摘　　要：近年来高校学生欠费现象日趋严重,其产生原因是部分家庭贫困学生交不起学费,部分学生诚信缺失,恶意欠费,就业压力大,就业后无力偿还等,而高校有关部门缴费管理不善,各相关部门缺乏沟通,又导致欠费难以追缴。要解决学生欠费问题,高校各有关部门应建立健全收费管理机制,加强勤工助学,积极推进国家助学贷款工作,并加强对学生的诚信教育。With the development of Higher Education, the enrollment scale of colleges and universities has seen constant expan- sion. Among the whole school funding, the students＇ tuition and accommodation fees have accounted for more than 50% of the education funding, which has become the main source of higher institutions＇ revenue. However, due to various reasons, the problem that college and university students fall into arrear becomes increasingly prominent. According to some surveys, the rate of students owing fees in some colleges and universities is up to 10% to 15% , amounting to hundreds of thousands yuan and even several millions. If no countermeasures are taken in time, it will lead to economic loss and have an impact on the sustainable de- velopment of colleges and universities. This article puts forward solutions to this problem based on the reasons that students fall into arrear.
