摘　　要："双转移"战略是广东省委省政府在2008年创造性地提出的一项重要决策。职业技术教育培训基地要在"双转移"过程中发挥更大作用,并为最终构建适应广东"双转移"战略的现代职业教育体系,必须创新人才培养模式,走"大众化"培养道路;适应市场发展需要,加快专业改革和课程建设;加强实践教学,突出实践能力培养;建设公共实训基地,优化学生实操技能培训。＂Double Transfer＂ is an important policy proposed by Guangdong provincial committee and govern-ment in 2008. In order to play more important role in ＂Double Transfer＂ to eventually construct modern vocational education system adjusting to ＂Double Transfer＂ strategy, vocational and technical training base should adhere to the following four principles： innovating talent cultivation mode to make vocational education a more popular one; meeting market development need to speed up course reform and construction; enhancing practical teaching to emphasize practical ability cultivation; construct public training base to optimize practical skill training.
