摘　　要：以九江职业大学为例,对实施"德育导师制"的必要性、实施现状、存在的困难问题、构建德育导师制的思路与对策等方面进行阐述,旨在探讨如何促成"德育导师制"更好地实践。Based on the study of Jiujiang University, the study explains the necessity of implementing moral tu- toting, analyzes the implementation condition and the existing difficulties, and elaborates the methods and tactics of constructing the moral tutoring. The purpose of the paper is to discuss about how to implement the moral tutoring more effectively.
