摘　　要：高校扩招后,毕业生人数逐年增多,大学生就业难已成为不争的事实,并由此导致了就业中不诚信现象的发生。但是,信誉毕竟是人才市场上基本的竞争力所在,因此高校务必要引导和教育毕业生诚信就业。After the expansion of college enrollment, the number of graduates is increasing year by year, the difficult employment of college students has become an indisputable fact, and this resulting in the problem of employment honesty. But competitiveness is the most important thing in employment market. So the education of honesty is a must for college graduates.
