摘　　要：在社会转型期,高校榜样教育效应弱化,这与社会环境的变迁密不可分。榜样教育是一个润物细无声的过程,教育环境的好坏决定人的德育和智育的优劣。大学生具有独立意识、进取意识、竞争意识和合作意识,对榜样的理念和行为习得更侧重于文化和环境的熏陶。高校榜样教育环境具有开放性、动态性、方向性和可塑性的特点,优化校园榜样教育环境是做好大学生榜样教育的关键。In an era of social transition,the effectiveness of university model education has been reduced.Model education is a gradual process,and the quality of education environment determines the students＇ moral and intellectual level.College Students have the spirits of independence,ambition,competition and cooperation while their model education is much influenced by the related culture and environment.University environment for model education is open,dynamic,directional and plastic.Optimizing the environment is the key to accomplishing university model education.
