水稻种子生活力与发芽率间的相关模式及应用

摘　　要：分别测定了水稻种子的发芽率与生活力 ,计算二者间的相关系数为r =0 .948,建立发芽率与生活力的回归方程是y =-3 .3 4 +1.0 11x。应用回归方程依据生活力四唑测定值估算发芽率理论值 ,与相应的发芽试验结果有一致性假设测验 。Rice seed vigor and germination rate were tested and a related ratio between two indices, r=0.948, was gotten, and a germination rate regressive equation by seed vigor, y=-3.34+1.01x, was established in this stndy. So we can easily and fast estimate rice germination rate and it was more accurately by this regressive equation in testing seed vigor.
