飞行人员病案在航空医学临床循证中的作用

摘　　要：目的分析外军飞行人员病案报道文献,探讨病案在航空医学临床循证中的作用。方法检索该领域相关研究论文与综述,引用国外公开及内部发表的期刊论文及科技报告等特种文献29篇。结果外军航空医学临床研究重视系统综述、随机对照实验、荟萃分析、观察与回顾性研究以及个案报告等病例循证证据的应用。结论重视病案的证据收集和积累,建立飞行人员病案循证信息管理系统和高效多维的病案检索索引,合理使用和正确评价证据。Objective To review the literatures concerned about medical records of foreign military aviators, and prospect their importance in evi- dence-based clinical in aviation medicine. Methods Twenty-nine papers, scientific and technical reports published at abroad were cited. Results The methods involved with evidence-based practices such as randomized controlled trial, meta-analysis, clinical control trial, observational and retrospective study as well as case reports etc., are given adequate significance in foreign military＇evidence-based clinical in aviation medicine. Conclusion The evi- dence collection and the accumulation of medical record should be relatively important. Establishment of evidence-based medical record database with some applicable advanced retrieval technologies is needed. Reasonable usage and correctly evaluation of evidence are recommended.
