摘　　要：签署麻醉知情同意书是防范医疗纠纷发生的一个重要环节,麻醉医师在充分尊重患者知情同意权和如实告知麻醉风险的前提下,还须掌握与患者沟通的技巧,注意自身形象、语言表述及谈话分寸,详细解释医疗费用,力争完全取得患者的理解与支持,努力构建和谐的医患关系。Anesthesia informed consent sign is one of the important links to prevent medical disputes. Anesthesia physician must grasp communica- tion skills with patients, pay attention to their own image, language expression and conversation discretion, explain the medical cost in detail under the premise of fully respect patients right of informed consent and truthfully inform the risk of anesthesia. Anesthesia physician should strive to fully get un- derstanding and support, and construct the harmonious doctor- patient relationship.
