摘　　要：目的了解医疗诉讼赔偿案件中医院存在的问题,以期防范医疗诉讼案件的发生。方法总结分析某基层医院2011年结案的10起医院承担赔偿责任的医疗诉讼案件。结果医疗诉讼赔偿案件中涉及手术科室4例、非手术科室6例,发生在门(急)诊5例、住院部5例,分布基本平均,判令医院赔偿金额平均为5.8万元;病案管理不力、医疗告知不充分和医疗过失是导致医院赔偿的主要原因。结论医疗机构应重视病案书写与保管,做好医疗知情同意管理工作,加强"三基"培训,提高医务人员法律意识。Objective To find out the problems in the medical lawsuits and to reduce the medical disputes. Methods 10 medical litigation of hospital assume lability to pay compensation in a primary hospital in 2011 were analyzed. Retmlts There were 4 cases happened in surgical department, 6 cases in non-surgical department, 5 cases in the outpatient emergency department, 5 cases in inpatient department. The distribution is average. The average amount of compensation is 58,000 Yuan. The lack of medical records management, medical told insufficiency and medical negligence is the main reason for the compensation in the hospital. Condusion The medical institutions should pay attention to medical record writing and custody, as well as the in- formed consent management.
