华蟾素注射液辅助治疗晚期NSCLC的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的探讨华蟾素注射液辅助治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床应用价值。方法将2010年6月～2011年12月本院收治的90例晚期NSCLC患者随机分成两组:①对照组45例;②实验组45例。对照组单纯采用紫杉醇注射液+顺铂注射液(TP)化疗;实验组采用TP化疗+华蟾素注射液治疗。比较两组的卡氏评分(KPS)、生活质量评分(QLQ-C30)、临床疗效、肿瘤标志物指标水平、不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗后的KPS评分和QLQ-C30评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的总有效率显著性高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)指标水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的总不良反应发生率显著性小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论华蟾素注射液辅助治疗晚期NSCLC的临床价值高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinic value of cinobufacini injection combined with TP in the treatment of patients with advanced no-small-cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods 90 patients with advanced NSCLC hospitalized from June 2010 to December 2011 were randomly and evenly divided into two groups. All of the patients were given taxol combined with cis-platinum injection, and the treatment group were given cinobufacini injection additionally. The score of karnofsky （KPS） , the score of quality of life （QLQ-C30） , the clinical efficacy, the levels of tumor markers and the adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The scores of KPS and QLQ-C30 were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of CA12~ and CEA were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total incidence of adverse reactions were significantly less in the treat- ment group than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Condusion Cinobutacini injection has a preferable curative effect and is worth to be pro-moted and applied widely in the adjuvant treatment of patients with advanced no-small-cell lung cancer.
