后腹腔镜治疗肾上腺偶发瘤16例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨后腹腔镜治疗肾上腺偶发瘤的临床应用及疗效。方法采用后腹腔镜手术切除肾上腺偶发瘤16例。结果平均手术时间(133±19)min,平均出血量(67±23)mL,术后下床时间平均(3±0.8)d,术后恢复良好,4～12 d出院,平均(7±3)d,无严重并发症发生。结论后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺偶发瘤是一种安全、有效的术式,具有手术创伤小、并发症少及患者恢复快等优点。Objective To discuss the clinical application and effectiveness of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in treating adrenal incidentalomas. Methods Sixteen cases of adrenal incidentalomas were resected by retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. Results The average operation time was（ 133 ± 19）min, and the average amount of hemorrhage was（72 ± 23 ）mL. The patients stayed in bed only for（ 3 ± 0.8 ）days, and discharged（7 ± 3 ）days after operation. There was no severe complication. Conclusion The retroperitoneal laparoscopic resection has such advantages as less trauma, less complication,effective,safe, microinvasive and faster recovery, etc for treating adrenal incidentalomas.
