摘　　要：目的探讨对左侧大肠癌并急性肠梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合术的治疗效果。方法严格掌握手术适应证和手术时机,术中彻底清洁灌肠,对30例左侧大肠癌并急性肠梗阻患者采用Ⅰ期切除吻合术,对患者的临床治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 30例患者均顺利完成手术,术后无1例发生切口感染和吻合口瘘。结论对于左侧大肠癌并急性肠梗阻患者,只要严格掌握手术适应证和手术时机,术中彻底清洁灌肠及重视围手术期处理,掌握手术方式及进行围手术期的操作,I期切除吻合完全可行,并有良好疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of treatment on the left side of colorectal cancer and acute intestinal obstruction Ⅰ resection and anastomosis. Methods Strict surgical indications and timing of surgery, intraoperative thorough cleansing enema, Phase Ⅰ resection and anastomosis of the 30 cases the left of colorectal cancer and in patients with acute intestinal obstruction, a retrospective analysis of the clinical treatment of patients. Results 30 patients were successfully operated one cases of postoperative wound infection and anastomotic leakage occurred. Condusion As long as strict surgical indications and timing of surgery for colorectal cancer on the left and in patients with acute intestinal obstruction, surgery thorough cleansing enema and the importance of the perioperative management master surgical and perioperative operating resection and anastomosis Phase Ⅰ totally feasibleand has a good effect.
