摘　　要：视野检查是监测青光眼患者病情进展的重要手段。视野进展的分析方法多种多样，但迄今尚缺乏理想的公认标准，如何选用恰当的分析方法判断视野是否进展，是临床医师面临的棘手问题。因此有必要就目前视野进展的各种分析方法进行综述，以供临床医师参考。Visual field is critical to evaluation of glaucoma progression. Various methods of detection of progression were used in clinical practice, but none of them is received as an ideal standard. It is very difficult to choose a method to distinguish progressive glaucomatous visual field loss from test variability. To help analysis visual field progression and identify real progressive loss, benefits and drawbacks of most commonly used methods were reviewed in present article.
