结直肠癌组织HER-2蛋白表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:了解HER-2在结直肠癌组织中的过度表达率及其与临床病理特点及生存率的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测结直肠组织(结直肠癌192例,正常组织102例)HER-2的表达,并进行统计分析。结果:62例(32.3%)结直肠癌标本HER-2过度表达,与正常结直肠组织比较明显升高(P=0.001)。HER-2过度表达与结直肠癌肿瘤分化程度、Duck's分期相关(P<0.05),HER-2过度表达结直肠癌患者10年生存率较低。结论:结直肠癌组织HER-2过度表达率较正常结直肠组织高,结直肠癌组织中HER-2过度表达提示较差临床预后。Objective： To investigate the relationship between the expression of HER-2 and its clinical significance in colorectal cancer. Methods： Clinicopathological data and paraffin-embedded specimens were collected in 192 consecutive patients who underwent colorectal resections from year 2001 to 2005 at Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University. Using imrnunohistochemistry, HER-2 protein overexpression was detected. Results： HER-2 was overexpressed in 32.3% of cases （62/ 192）, and the overexpression of HER -2 was associated with the differentiation and stage of the carcinoma. No association between the expression of HER-2 and the tumor size, location, age, gender, or lymphatic invasion was found. Conclusion： These results indicate that HER-2 could be a prognostic marker in colorectal cancer, and patients with colorectal cancer exhibits high levels of HER-2 might benefit from the anti-HER-2/neu therapy.
