摘　　要：目的:探讨cortactin(皮层肌动蛋白)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达及与临床病理因素之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测117例NSCLC及相应癌旁正常肺组织中cortactin的表达情况。结果:cortactin在正常肺组织中阳性表达率为19.7%(23/117),在NSCLC组织中的阳性率为59.0%(69/117),二者比较具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。cortactin的表达与NSCLC的临床分期(P=0.006)及淋巴结转移(P=0.003)正相关,与其它临床病理因素无关(P>0.05)。结论:cortactin在肺癌组织中的表达显著高于正常肺组织,其高表达与淋巴结转移及临床分期相关。cortactin的高表达可能是促进NSCLC进展的因素之一。Objective：To investigate the expression of cortactin in non- small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and its correlation with clinicopathological factors. Methods：The expression of cortactin in 117 NSCLC specimens and adja- cent normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results： The positive expression rate of cortactin inNSCLC was 59.0% （69/117） ,much higher than that in normal lung tissues （ 19.7% ,23/117） （P 〈 0. 001 ）. The expression of eortaetin was positively eorre!ated with lymph node metastasis （ P = 0.003 ） and TNM stage （ P = 0.006 ）. There was no statistically significant eorrelation between eortaetin expression and other elinieopathologieal factors. Conclusion：Increased eortaetin expression in NSCLC was associated with lymph node metastasis and advanced TNM stage. The expression of eortaetin may play a role in tumor progression of NSCLC.
