CD44和CD8^+T细胞在膀胱癌的表达及其临床病理意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨膀胱癌组织中CD44蛋白和CD8阳性T细胞表达与膀胱癌病理分级和临床分期的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测10例正常膀胱组织、10例炎症膀胱组织和67例不同级别膀胱癌组织中CD44蛋白和CD8阳性T细胞的表达。结果:CD44在正常黏膜的基底细胞层表达,强度中等,CD8在正常黏膜基底细胞层弱表达;CD44和CD8阳性T细胞在膀胱炎症中高表达,与正常组织差异明显(P<0.05)。在膀胱癌中,CD44和CD8的表达均与分化程度和肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05),CD8的表达与CD44的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:CD8与CD44在膀胱癌的发生发展、浸润转移中密切相关,同步检测二者在膀胱癌组织中的表达并综合分析两者之间的关系对评价膀胱癌的侵袭转移能力判断具有一定价值。Objective：To assess the prognostic value of CD8 and CD44 in urothelial carcinoma of bladder. Meth- ods ： CD44 and CD8 were analyzed by immunohistochemistry using a monoclonal antibody CD44 and CD8 in 10 cases of normal mucosa, 10 cases of inflammatory mucosa and 67 cases of urothelial carcinoma of bladder. Results： The ex- pressions of CD44 and CD8 were siguifcantly higher in inflammatory mucosa of bladder than in normal mucosa. Sig- nificant relationship was found among the expression of CD44 and pathological grade and advanced stage （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of CD8 was correlated pathological grade and advanced stage （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Meanwhile, there was a positive correlation between the expression of CIM4 and that of CD8 （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The expression CD44 and CD8 are highly related to occurrence, development, infltration and metastasis of urothelial carcinoma of bladder, and the evaluation of the two markers will be very applicable guidance for the diagnosis of metastasis and in- vasion of urothelial carcinoma of bladder.
