摘　　要：目的:探讨胆管癌中Gab1与MMP-9的表达及意义。方法:胆管癌标本70例,胆管癌旁组织30例,正常胆管组织30例,应用免疫组化法检测Gab1和MMP-9蛋白的表达情况。结果:胆管癌组Gab1的平均光密度为0.1689±0.0268,癌旁组为0.1471±0.0185,正常胆管组为0.1023±0.0119,三组结果比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);胆管癌组MMP-9的平均光密度为0.1887±0.0289,癌旁组为0.1345±0.0196,正常胆管组为0.0758±0.0104,三组结果比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Gab1和MMP-9在胆管癌中的表达与有无淋巴结转移及肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤大小、分化程度无关(P>0.05)。Gab1与MMP-9的表达存在正相关(r=0.362,P<0.05)。结论:Gab1和MMP-9蛋白表达增高与胆管癌的发生、发展及侵袭转移有关;Gab1和MMP-9在胆管癌组织中的表达呈正相关。Objective ：To investigate the expression and significance of Gabl and MMP -9 in cholangiocarcinoma. Methods： Total of 70 samples of cholangiocarcinoma, 30 samples of bile duct paracarcinoma tissue, and 30 normal bile duct tissue were chosen. The expression of Gabl and MMP -9 protein was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results： Average optical density of Gabl was 0. 1689 ±0. 0268, 0. 1471±0. 0185, 0. 1023 ±0. 0119 in cholangiocarcinoma group, paracarcinoma group and normal bile duct group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Average optical density of MMP -9 was 0. 1887 ±0. 0289, 0. 1345 ±0. 0196, 0. 0758 ±0. 0104 in cholangiocarcinoma group, paracarcinoma group and normal bile duct group（P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of Gabl and MMP- 9 in cholangiocarcinoma was relat- ed with neoplasm staging and lymph node metastasis（P 〈 0.05）, but had no relation with the size and differentiation of tumor（ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was positive correlation between Gabl and MMP - 9 expressions （ r = 0. 362 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： High expression of Gab1 and MMP- 9 has the correlation with occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma; There is positive correlation between Gabl and MMP-9 expressions in bile duct carcinoma tissue
