恩度联合介入治疗对肝癌血管生成抑制作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨内皮抑素(恩度)联合介入治疗对肝癌血管生成的作用。方法:2009年8月-2011年8月期间,27例肝癌患者,15例多次行单纯肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)与12例内皮抑素(恩度)联合TACE,在手术切除后,病理标本中,采用免疫组化方法分析两组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况和平均微血管密度(MVD)。结果:单纯组VEGF的表达明显高于内皮抑素组(P<0.05);单纯组MVD值显著高于内皮抑素组(P<0.05)。结论:内皮抑素(恩度)联合TACE能够抑制肿瘤血管的生成,减少肿瘤增长及转移的机会,值得临床进一步的研究与推广。Objective：To study the effect of endostar combined with TACE on vascular growth of hepatocellular carcionma. Methods： Expressions of VEGF and MVD in 27 HCC patients, which 15 cases were treated with TACE and 12 cases with endostatin （endostar） combined with TACE, were determined with immunohistochemistry method after operation. Results： Expressions of VEGF in simple TACE was higher than those in endostatin combined with TACE （P 〈 0.05 ） ;MVD values in simple TACE were higher than those in endostatin combined with TACE （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Endostatin（endostar） combined with TACE can inhibit tumor angiogenesis, reduce the chance of tumor growth and metastasis, and worthy of further research.
