摘　　要：目的:探讨RUNX3蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测59例子宫内膜腺癌、27例非典型增生和31例正常子宫组织中的RUNX3蛋白表达,比较其阳性率差异。通过进一步亚组分析,确定RUNX3蛋白表达与子宫内膜腺癌的临床分期、病理分级、肌层浸润和淋巴结转移的关系。结果:子宫内膜癌RUNX3蛋白表达明显低于非典型增生和正常子宫内膜(P<0.05);非典型增生组织RUNX3蛋白表达明显低于正常子宫内膜(P<0.05)。亚组分析发现,早期子宫内膜腺癌RUNX3蛋白表达明显高于晚期(P<0.05);高分化(G1级)子宫内膜腺癌组织RUNX3蛋白表达高于低分化者(G3级)(P<0.05);肌层浸润<1/2的子宫内膜腺癌组织RUNX3蛋白表达高于肌层浸润≥1/2者(P<0.05);有无淋巴结转移和子宫内膜腺癌组织RUNX3蛋白表达无关(P>0.05)。结论:RUNX3蛋白表达与子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展密切相关,其表达情况有可能作为临床预后判定指标之一。Objective：To discuss the expression of RUNX3 protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods： The RUNX3 protein was analyzed by immunohistochemistry in 59 endometrial adenocarcino- ma, 27 atypical hyperplasia and 31 normal epithelium of uterus. In further subgroup analysis, it was determined of the relativity between RUNX3 and clinical stage, pathological classification, muscular infiltration and lymphatic me- tastasis. Results： The expression of RUNX3 protein in endometrial adenocareinoma was lower than in atypical hyper- plasia and normal epithelium of uterus （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the expression in atypical hyperplasia was lower than in normal epithelium of uterus （P 〈 0.05 ）. In subgroup analysis, the expression of RUNX3 protein in endometrial adenoearci- noma of early stage was higher than that of advanced stage （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the expression of high differentiation cases was higher than of low differentiation eases （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the expression, in endometrial adenocareinoma whose mus- cular infiltration was 〈 1/2, was higher than that whose infiltration was ≥ 1/2 （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was obvious rela- tion between the expression of RUNX3 and the lymphatic metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The expression of RUNX3 protein was close to the appearance and the development of endometrial adenocarcinoma which could be a good prognotie factor in clinical application.
