多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测中f-PSA及PSA在恶性肿瘤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片中游离前列腺特异性抗原(f-PSA)及前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)在各组人群中的表达及与其它指标的伴随情况及其临床意义。方法:收集我院可供分析的25076例多肿瘤蛋白芯片检测结果,分析f-PSA、PSA在各种人群、各种肿瘤患者升高情况,以及f-PSA、PSA升高伴随其他检测指标升高和在肿瘤中的分布。结果:f-PSA、PSA在恶性肿瘤患者中明显升高,且前列腺癌最高(56.02%),其次为大肠癌(6.03%);f-PSA、PSA伴随升高指标以CEA最为常见,其次为CA125、CA199、CA242,f-PSA;PSA/CEA伴随最常见于肺癌(44.77%),其次为胃癌(43.75%),f-PSA、PSA/CA125伴随最常见于胰腺癌(66.67%)和肝癌(45.95%)。结论:f-PSA、PSA单项升高对前列腺癌的诊断具有较高价值,f-PSA,PSA伴随或联合CEA、CA125升高更常见于肺癌及胰腺癌。Objective：To investigate the serum level of f- PSA and PSA by muhi -tumor markers protein chip, as well as its accompanied indicators in different tumors and their clinical significance of these markers. Methods： A total of 25076 cases detected by multi - tumor protein chip in our hospital were collected. The elevation of f - PSA and PSA with other accompanied indicators were analyzed in different groups as well as different tumors. Results： The serum level of f - PSA and PSA was markedly higher in malignant tumors. The positive rate of f - PSA and PSA was the highest in prostate cancer （56.02%） and then in colorectal cancer （6.03%）. CEA was the most common indicator companied with the up - expression of f - PSA and PSA, while CA125, CA199 and CA242 being the next. The accompaniment of f- PSA, PSA/CEA was most commonly occurred in lung cancer （44.77%） , followed by gas- tric cancer （43.75%）. The accompanied rise of f - PSA, PSA/CA125 was most commonly observed in pancreatic cancer （66.67%） and liver cancer （45.95%）. Conclusion： Single elevation of f - PSA and PSA had significant value in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Moreover, the elevation of f - PSA and PSA accompanied or jointed with CEA, CA125 were appeared most commonly in lung cancer and pancreatic cancer.
