听力正常人普通话双音节半词与全词表检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨普通话言语测听材料(Mandarin speech test materials,MSTMs)中的一组双音节词汇表的前半张词表(半词)与全词表(全词)在不同年龄听力正常人中的检测意义。方法受试者为45例年龄18～60岁的听力正常人,中专以上文化,日常言语交流为普通话,分为18～、31～、41～、51～60岁4个年龄组,采用9张(共450个词)双音节词汇表作为言语测试材料,分别记录各组半词表(前25个词)和全词表(50个词)时的给声强度及所对应的言语识别率(P-I函数曲线)。结果各年龄组半词与全词的P-I函数曲线平均斜率分别为9.22%/dB±1.36%/dB和9.18%/dB±1.36%/dB(18～岁)、6.81%/dB±1.82%/dB和6.99%/dB±1.77%/dB(31～岁)、7.02%/dB±1.21%/dB和7.19%/dB±0.702%/dB(41～岁)、7.31%/dB±1.29%/dB和7.36%/dB±1.33%/dB(51～60岁),同年龄组间半词与全词表测得的P-I函数曲线斜率基本一致(P>0.05)。结论应用同一组双音节普通话测试词表前25个词(半词)与全部50个词(全词)所获得四个不同年龄组的P-I函数曲线基本一致,半词表可作为听力正常人言语听力检测的初筛工具。Objective To evaluate test results of normal hearing persons with different ages using half-- and full--lists from disyllabic Mandarin speech test materials （MSTMs）. Methods 45 normal hearing subjects from 18 to 60 years old who speak Mandarin well in their daily lives were enrolled in this study and divided into four age groups （18- 30, 31-40, 41- 50 and 51-60 years old）. Nine lists of disyllabic mandarin speech test materials with equal difficulty were utilized to test each age group. P--I function of half--list （first 25 words） test and full--list （50 words） test were recorded and compared. Results The average slopes of P--I functions obtained from half-- and full--lists test for four different age groups were 9.22%/dB±1.36%/dB and 9.18%/dB±1.36%/dB （18-30 years old）, 6.81%/dB± 1.82%/dB and 6.99%/dB±1.77%/dB （31-40 years old）, 7.02%/dB±1. 21%/dB and 7.19%/dB±0. 702%/dB（41-50 years old）, 7.31%/dB±1. 29%/dB and 7.36%/dB±1.33%/dB（51-60 years old）. In each age group, the slopes of P--I function obtained from half-- and full--lists test showed good agreements （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Nine lists of disyllabic Mandarin speech test materials were used to test normal hearing persons with different ages and P--I function of four different age groups using half--list （first 25 words） and full--list （50 words） had good agreements in each age group. In conclusion, 25 words half--list can be used as a screening tool of speech hearing test of normal hearing persons.
