摘  要:目的依据抗菌药物的药代,药效综合参数制定合理给药方案,并对门诊注射剂给药间隔进行干预,观察药品不良反应发生率的变化,提高门诊抗菌药物注射剂的合理使用。方法采用前瞻性随机对照方法,选取茂名市人民医院2010年1~12月门诊中使用抗菌药物注射剂的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组,对门诊抗菌药物注射剂的给药间隔情况进行统计、分析。结果干预组与对照组给药间隔合理性分别为93.18%、70.82%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),干预组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为1.42%和6.24%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论医院实施的给药间隔的干预措施效果显著,对促进抗菌药物的合理使用有重要意义。Objective To make out the reasonable drug delivery plan upon PK/PD (Pharmacokinetic/ Pharmacodynamic) comprehensive parameter,make interference on the interval of drug delivery and observe the change of incidence of drug harmful reaction,then improve the reasonable application of antibiotics injection in the outpatient department. Methods With the prospective randomly-control method used,the patients who were applied the antibiotics injection in the outpatient department of our hospital from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2010,were chosen as the research target to be at random divided into the control group and interference group. The intervals of drug delivery for antibiotics injection in the outpatient department were gathered statistically and also analyzed. Results The reasonability of interval of drug delivery in the interference group and control group were respectively 93.18% and 70.82%. The differences between two groups had statistical significance (P 〈 0.01). The incidences of harmfu| reaction in the interference group and control group were respectively 1.42% and 6.24%. The differences between two groups had statistical significance (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The interference on the interval of drug delivery carried out in our hospital is effective,which is significant for accelerating the reasonable application of antibiotics.
