摘　　要：从产业技术创新生态系统的稳定性和平衡性两个角度来探究产业发展所经历的动态平衡状态。耦合战略是产业技术创新生态系统应对区域内的企业之间甚至是国际环境中同行业的企业的竞争的有效方式。随着科学技术的发展,产业技术创新区域复杂化和国际化,产业中的各个企业之间唯有联合构造自身所栖身的产业技术创新生态系统才能全面提升行业的竞争力。this paper industry technological innovation ecosystem stability and balance of the two angles to ex-plore. Industrial development experienced a dynamic equilibrium state. Coupled strategy is industry technology inno-vation ecosystem response to enterprises within the region between even the international environment of the enter-prises in the same industry competition effective way. With the development of science and technology, innovation of technology of industry of region of complex and international, industry between the various enterprises only joint structure own lived in industry technology innovation ecosystem can enhance the competitiveness of the industry.
