摘  要:目的评价本课题设计的2型糖尿病患者营养护理风险筛查在临床应用的效果。方法采用同期随机对照试验和问卷调查法,对所建立的营养护理风险筛查进行评价。结果 2型糖尿病患者营养护理风险筛查的实施提高了患者的膳食管理依从性、糖尿病知识知晓率、血糖控制率、满意度,降低了护理意外事件发生率,提高了护理安全和服务质量。结论对2型糖尿病患者进行营养护理风险筛查,降低了糖尿病患者风险隐患和护理风险系数,可加强安全护理,规范护理行为,提高医疗质量,是一种实用的护理风险筛查方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of the design issues in patients with type 2 diabetes nursing nutritional risk screening in clinical application. Methods Using concurrent randomized control trials and questionnaire survey method to evaluat the nutrition nursing risk screening. Results The implementation of nutrition nursing risk screening of patients with type 2 diabetes improved the dietary management compliance,awareness rate of diabetes mellitus, blood glucose control, satisfaction rate of patients, and reduced the accident rate of nursing and improve nursing safety and service quality. Conclusion Using nutrition nursing risk screening for patients with type 2 diabetes canreduce risks and nursing care in patients with diabetes mellitus risk coefficient, strengthen nursing safety,standardize nursing behavior,and improve the quality of medical care. It is a practical nursing risk screening method.
