摘　　要：建构主义学习理论作为一种新的国际教育改革的主流思想：在认识论．学生观、教学观等方面都有自己独到的见解，针对传统教育的弊端；提出了一系列教学改革的设想，对当今世界各种学习与教学理念产生了深刻而广泛的影响。以传统的教学模式进行临床麻醉学数学．只是把知识从教师头脑中传送到学生的笔记本上．教学效果不够理想．由于学习的主体一是学生。因此借鉴和运用建构主义学习理论来指导临床麻醉学教学，充分发挥学生的主观能动性。达到较好的建构临床麻醉学知识的教学效果，在建构主义学习环境下进行临床麻醉学。多元化教学实践改革就显得尤为重要。Constructivism is becoming more and more popular in the global education reform, it enlightened a hopeful prospect for educational reform, but they have gone too far on some points when they departed from traditional education, it has been a new major thoughts. It is important that strengthening network building of fine courses to improve quality of anesthesiology undergraduate teaching, it maintains that individuals create or construct their own new understandings or knowledge through the interaction of what they already know and believe and the ideas, events, and activities with which they come in contact.
