摘　　要：根据高速铁路运营发展的需要,在分析工务管检修运作模式的基础上,探讨工务养护维修质量管理方法。针对工务养护维修管理存在的问题,阐述基于过程的高速铁路管检修质量体系,并进行高速铁路工务质量管理运用分析,根据过程质量控制参数变化规律,提出高速铁路的线路服役质量规律及控制,使线路服役质量在合理的维修周期与经济的维修成本之下保持良好的水平。According to the demand of high-speed railway operation development, this paper discusses the permanent way maintenance and repair management method based on analyzing the operation mode of permanent way management and inspection. Targeting with problems existing in permanent way management and inspection, the paper expounds high-speed railway management and inspection quality system based on process and makes use analysis on quality management of high-speed railway permanent way. According to the change principle of quality controls parameter, the paper puts forward the track service quality principle and control of high- speed railways, which could consist the track service quality with sound level under reasonable maintenance circle and economic maintenance cost.
