摘  要:构建了科技型人才聚集效应指标体系及其灰色关联投影模型,以中部六省数据为样本,对其进行了测度,进而借用SPSS对其八大效应特征进行了相关性分析。结果表明,中部六省的科技型人才聚集效应由强到弱依次为:湖北省、河南省、安徽省、湖南省、山西省和江西省;科技型人才聚集效应及其八大效应的相关性由强到弱依次为:创新效应、信息共享效应、集体学习效应、规模效应、知识溢出效应、区域效应、时间效应和激励效应,并且集体学习效应与规模效应显著相关,激励效应、区域效应与时间效应显著相关。This paper constructs the index system of technological talent agglomeration effect and uses grey relation projec-tion model to evaluate it . Then it analyzes the relationship among its eight effect characteristics by SPSS. The results show that the technological talent agglomeration effect of six provinces in central China from strong to week are Hubei, Henan, Anhui , Hunan, Shanxi and Jiangxi; and the correlation between total effect and the eight effect from strong to week are innovation effect, information sharing effect , collective learning effect , scale effect , knowledge spillover effect , area effect , time effect and incentive effect, and there is a significant correlation between collective learning effect and area effect , between incentive effect and time effect, between area effect and time effect. This supports theoretical and re-alistic basis in promoting technological talent agglomeration effect.
