生大黄粉灌肠联合针刺治疗急性粘连性肠梗阻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察生大黄粉联合穴位针刺治疗急性粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,均采用常规保守治疗,治疗组加用生大黄粉灌肠及针刺治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组在腹痛缓解时间、腹胀缓解时间、排气恢复时间、腹部气液平面消失时间等方面均优于对照组。结论生大黄粉联合穴位针刺治疗急性粘连性肠梗阻疗效确切。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of raw rhubarb powder retention enema on acute adhesive intestinal obstruction. Method： Patients were randomly divided into two groups, all patients were given stan- dardized medical treatment. In treatment group raw rhubarb powder was used for retention enema and in control group soapsuds was used. effect of two groups were observed. Results ：The duration of abdominal pain relief, abdominal distension relief, defecation, disapperance of fluid level on standing position X-ray film of treatment were superior to those of control group. Conclusion： Raw rhubarb powder retention enema has definite therapeutic effect on acute adhesive intestinal obstruction.
