羔羊胃提取物维B_(12)胶囊联合叶酸治疗中老年慢性萎缩性胃炎

摘　　要：目的观察羔羊胃提取物维B12胶囊与叶酸片联合治疗对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床和病理改变。方法选择确诊的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者63例,随机分为叶酸组、B12组和联合组,每组21例,疗程为6个月,分别单独服用叶酸、羔羊胃提取物维B12胶囊和叶酸加羔羊胃提取物维B12胶囊,观察各组治疗前后临床症状和病理组织学改变的情况。结果临床总有效率联合组、叶酸组和B12组分别为90.47%、52.38%、80.95%,组织病理学改善好转率分别为联合组91.20%、B12组82.40%、叶酸组62.30%,联合组的效果最好(P<0.05)。结论联合应用羔羊胃提取物维B12胶囊和叶酸片可有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床和病理组织学变化。Objective To observe the clinical and pathological changes in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）by gastropylor complex capsules combined with folic acid tablets. Methods Sixty three patients who were diagnosed as CAG were selected and randomly divided into folic acid group, gastropylor complex capsules group, and the combined treatment group with 21 ones in each group. The patients in those three groups took respectively folic acid, gastropylor complex capsules, and both two medicines for 6 months. Their clinical symptoms and histopathological changes before and after the treatment were observed. Results The clinical improvement rates of the combined treatment group,the folic acid group,and the gastropylor complex capsules group were 90.47%, 52.38% ,and 80. 95%, respectively. The histopathological improvement rates of the three groups were 91. 20%, 62. 30%, and82.40%. The improvement effects in the combined treatment group were better than those in the other two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination of gastropylor complex capsules and folic acid tablets can be effectively improve the clinical and histopathological changes of chronic atrophic gastritis.
