摘　　要：随着设计、制造技术的提升,地铁车辆的种类越来越多。B型铝合金地铁车辆车体采用了轻型高强度铝合金材料,车体为全焊接结构,焊接工艺复杂,要求高,在分析了B型铝合金地铁车辆车体的结构和工艺流程及工艺难点后,制定出了车体制造工艺及保证措施,完成了首个车体的制造并顺利通过了鉴定。More and more diversified vehicles come to market with the improvement of de- sign and manufacturing techniques. Type B metro carbody of all welded structures is made of high strength aluminum alloy with complicated welding procedures and strict require- ments. After analyzing the structure, process flow and manufacturing difficulties of this kind of metro vehicle, proper production processes and control measures are worked out and its FAI comes to a success.
