摘 要:数控磨床的对刀精度和可操作性是影响磨床加工精度和加工效率的关键因素。针对目前该领域研究的不足,提出电检测方法和瞬时功率检测方法相结合的前后两级对刀方法。针对决定对刀精度的后级对刀,建立了基于瞬时功率检测的PARK变换模型,并用该模型依次检测相隔两个电网半周期的相对应取样点的两组三相瞬时有功功率值。给出基于信息加权方法的数据判定模型,并依次将所检测的两组数据带入模型进行对比判定,对符合条件的数据进行计数,当计数达到设定值时认为对刀完成。实验结果表明:该方法的对刀精度相比其他利用检测主轴电机功率的方法提高了至少1倍,具有操作简单、可靠性高、精度高的特点。The tool-set accuracy and maneuverability are the key factors which have impact on the processing precision and effi- ciency of CNC grinding machines. Aiming at the shortages of present study in this field, a method of two-stage tool-set method that combined electric detecting and instantaneous power detecting was presented. Aiming the backward stage, which determined the accu- racy of tool-set, the PARK converting model based on instantaneous power detecting was established, which was used to detect the values of three-phase instantaneous power of the sampling points at every other half grid cycles. The weighted judging formula was giv- en to judge in contrast the two sets of data detected in turn and count the data which suited the formula. If the counting value reached to the set value, the tool-set was considered as finished. The experimental results show that the tool-set precision of this method is im- proved at least one time as comparing with other method based on detecting power of the spindle motor, and has advantages of easy op- eration, good reliability and high precision.
