摘  要:孔式环面节流深浅腔液体动静压轴承精度高、刚度大、寿命长、吸振抗震性能好,广泛用于精密及高速加工机床的主轴。介绍孔式环面节流深浅腔动静压轴承的结构特点及工作机制,分析了该动静压轴承的刚度;为了满足动静压轴承多年连续使用而不需维修的生产需要,提出了该动静压轴承的稳定性判据。Annular hole depth cavity liquid hybrid bearing has the characters that high precision, stiffness, longevity and fine vi- bration absorber anti-seismic, so it is widely used in spindle of precise and high speed machine tool. The structure characteristics and working mechanism of the dynamic and static pressure bearing were introduced, and its rigidity was analyzed. In order to meet produc- tion need of continuous usage for many years without repairing, the stability criterion was put forward for the dynamic and static pres- sure bearing.
