摘　　要：在卓越工程师计划背景下,本文就如何加强教学队伍建设,改进仪器分析教学内容和教学方法等方面提出思考和建议,对推动仪器分析课程的教学改革,提高教学质量有一定意义。Under the background of excellent engineer plan, the paper explored how to strengthen building the teaching group and puts forward suggestions of improving instrument analysis teaching content and teaching methods and so on, which had certain meaning for promoting the instrument analysis course teaching reform and for improving the teaching quality.
