摘  要:介绍白藜芦醇理化性质、生物活性及其药理作用,采用有机溶剂微波回流法提取桑叶中的白藜芦醇,确立了提取的最佳条件:提取溶剂为乙醇;回流时间为90 min;乙醇浓度为80%;物料比为1∶13;回流温度为60℃。原料经微波回流提取、过滤除渣后旋蒸得到白藜芦醇浓缩液,再用高效液相色谱法测定白藜芦醇的含量。Resveratrol had various health care functions by the extensive attention of the people, by the study on the determination of content in mulberry leaves. The resveratrol, physicochemical properties, biological activity and pharmacological effects were introduced, and using organic solvent reflux extraction of resveratrol, the optimal extraction condi- tions were extraction solvent reflux time 90 rain, ethanol concentration 80%, the material ratio 1 : 13, and reflow temperature of 60 ℃. The resveratrol concentration liquid was got by raw materials through reflux extraction, filtering to remove dregs after rotary evaporation, and then the content of resveratrol was determined with liquid chromatographic method.
