摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职工学结合人才培养模式中的一个重要教学环节。在分析了当前顶岗实习管理问题的基础上,对"政府参与,三方共管"的顶岗实习管理模式进行探索和实践,形成了政府参与、学校、企业三方共管的顶岗实习管理模式,进一步完善顶岗实习工作流程并取得了一定成效。Vocational training was an important link of the talent training mode combined with work and study for vocational college.
