摘  要:列车运行调整是我国铁路信息化建设中一个重点和难点问题,在CTC条件下,及时制定列车运行调整计划对实现列车运行过程追踪自动化,保证安全高效完成行车组织具有十分重要的作用。在建立列车运行调整序优化模型的基础上,对我国重载铁路实际数据进行统计分析,针对各种运行扰动因素,提出调整列车运行秩序的策略,从经验中找出列车运行计划的调整序列,从而快速求得序优化模型的解。按照调整策略优化排列作业顺序有效提高调度指挥效率,为优化列车运行调整制定合理、有效的策略提供方法和依据。应用调整策略优化方法构建的调度系统能满足列车运行调整的实时性要求,为求解列车运行调整模型提供一种思路和方法。Train operation adjustment is an important and difficult issue in China railway informatization con- struction. Under CTC conditions, making train operation adjustment plans in time plays a very important role in realizing full automation of train traveling process tracing and ensuring safety and high efficiency in train op- eration organization. On the basis of creating the ordinal optimization model of train operation adjustment, sta- tistical analysis on measured data Of heavy haul railway lines in China was made, train operation adjustment strategies were proposed in view of various train operation disturbance factors, and adjustment sequences of train operation plans were found by experience and the solution of the ordinal optimization model was obtained rapidly. Optimizing operation sequences according to adjustment strategies can effectively improve efficiency of dispatch and command and provide the method and basis for formulating reasonable and effective train opera- tion adjustment strategies. Dispatching systems constructed by the adjustment strategy optimization method can satisfy real-time requirements of train operation adjustment and provide the new idea and method to solve the train operation adjustment model.
