丹皮酚缩乙醇胺及其镍(Ⅱ)配合物的合成与抑菌性研究

摘　　要：用水蒸气蒸馏法从中药材丹皮中提取活性成分丹皮酚,进而合成丹皮酚与乙醇胺的席夫碱衍生物,并用席夫碱做为配体与Ni(Ⅱ)盐合成了Ni(Ⅱ)配合物,经红外光谱等手段对所合成的席夫碱和配合物进行了结构表征,并对丹皮酚、席夫碱、Ni(Ⅱ)配合物进行了抑菌性研究。Paeonol is extracted from the cortexes of peony by steam distillation. Then, the Paeonol Schiff base and its complexe of Ni（II ） were synthesized. The structures of the ligand and its complex have been characterized by IR spectrue and the elemental analysis. The experiment determined ligand and complex＇s inhibitory action with Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
