青年辅导员就业指导工作专业化的对策研究——以广西某职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：青年辅导员是大学生就业指导工作一线的具体参与者和实施者,对正确指导大学生就业具有积极作用。文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、参与观察法、案例分析法对高职院校青年辅导员就业指导工作专业化问题进行研究,以广西某职业技术学院为例,总结与反思青年辅导员在实际工作中存在的问题与不足,最后提出了青年辅导员就业指导工作专业化的一些建议与对策,为教育行政部门和兄弟院校提供决策参考和理论借鉴。Youth counselor is the major participant and executor of university students＇employment--guidance,and they make active affection to the university students＇ employment--guidance. This paper makes research on the specialization of the youth counselors＇ employment--guidance by ways of consulting materials, interviewing ,observing and analyzing. The paper takes an college for example to sum up and analyze the problems and shortage of the work of youth counselors＇ employment--guidance, and then puts forward the advice and countermeasure for decision--making and theory-- reference.
