农林院校大学生职业规划与素质培养相关性分析——以河北农业大学为例

摘　　要：当前大学生普遍存在职业规划模糊、缺乏奋斗精神、就业准备不足等问题。为了加强在校大学生职业指导的针对性,帮助学生树立明确的职业目标,对河北农业大学在校学生的职业规划及素质培养等情况进行调查,采用Logistic模型对数据进行了分析整理,总结得出接受职业指导将对学生个人素质自评的影响情况及学生个人自评素质的高低对职业指导课程的开设需求等相关信息,从而为高校较好地开展就业指导提供一定的参考。Recently, the problems such as occupation planning fuzzy, lack of fighting spirit and preparation for employment were ubiquitous. In order to strengthen the occupation guidance for college students, help them establish a clear occupation target, the career planning and quality training of students in Agricultural University of Hebei were investigated, the data were analyzed by Logistic model, and come to the conclusions that accepting vocational guidance will affect the self-assessment status, and at the same time, there was considerable demand and rely on the level of personal self-assessment quality of vocational guidance courses opened.
