子宫内膜癌中抑癌基因P27^(kipl)与癌基因P185的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨抑癌基因P27kipl蛋白与癌基因P185蛋白联合标记在子宫内膜癌早期诊断中的价值。方法:采用S-P免疫组化方法对2008.1-2010.3月间我院收治的子宫内膜癌患者66例(癌症组),子宫非典型增生病变患者29例(增生组),并设立子宫内膜正常组织31例为对照组织进行检测。结果:癌症组P27kipl表达阳性率最低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组与增生组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。癌症组P185的表达与增生组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与癌症组及增生组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:P27kipl蛋白与P185蛋白对肿瘤的发生和调控有重要作用,临床联合检测,对子宫内膜癌的诊断有积极意义。Objective. To discuss the value of combined mark of tumor suppressor gene P27klpl and oncogene P185 in the early diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods.A total of 66 patients with endo- metrial carcinoma （carcinoma group） and 29 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia （hyperplasia group） admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to March 2010, together with 31 patients with normal endome- trium （control group） received S-P immunohistochemistry testing. Results. P27kiplexpression had the lowest positive rate in carcinoma group. The differences between groups were with statistical significance （P〈0.05）, while there was no statistical difference between control group and hyperplasia group （P〉 0.05）. There was significant difference of P185 expression between carcinoma group and hyperplasia group （P〈0.05）. Compared with carcinoma group and hyperplasia group, control group had significant differ- ence （P〈O. 01）. Conclusions： Study shows that the expression of P27kipl and P185 protein in endometrial carcinoma has negative correlation. P27kipl and P185 protein plays an important role in the occurrence and regulation of tumor. Clinical combined testing has positive significance in the early diagnosis, treatmentand prognosis of tumor.
