摘  要:为探讨红花荷等24种园林植物抗SO2和NO2污染能力,以2~3年生实生苗为材料,通过人工气候室的盆栽实验,研究不同质量浓度SO2和NO2混合气体对园林植物苗木叶片相对含水量(RWC)、叶绿素相对含量、细胞膜质透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化歧化酶(SOD)活性和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明,随SO2和NO2浓度的增加,园林植物叶片细胞膜质透性和膜质过氧化产物变化规律基本一致,呈上升趋势;而SO2和NO2胁迫对叶片超氧化物歧化酶活性和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响规律不明显。采用隶属函数值法和聚类分析法对各指标测定值进行综合评价可知,黄槐和小叶紫薇抗污染能力强;红花荷、木棉、腊肠树、广宁红山茶、杜鹃红山茶、深山含笑、铁刀木和大花紫薇抗污染能力较强;红千层、澳洲火焰木、无忧树和穗花棋盘抗污染能力中等;红花羊蹄甲、红花风铃木、仪花、蓝花楹和黄花风铃木抗污染能力较弱;而美丽异木棉、复羽叶栾树、本地火焰木、宫粉羊蹄甲和樱花抗污染能力弱。In order to reveal resistance to sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) pollution capacity of Rhodoleia championii and other landscaping plants in Guangzhou City, 2 to 3 years-old seedling of these 24 species were selected and placed in artificial climate chamber. Effects of SO2 and NO2 stress on relative water content ( RWC ) , relative chlorophyll content, cell membrane electrolyte leakage, contents ofmalondialdehyde ( MDA ) , superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), soluble proteins of Rhodoleia championii other plants were studyed under different concentrations of SO2 and NO2. The results showed that cell membrane electrolyte leakage and MDA of 24 species increased, while variation of water use efficiency was not obvious with the increment of SO2 and NO2 concentration. Fuzzy subordinate function and system cluster analysis showed that landscaping plants might be ranked as follows by their resistance to SO2 and NO2 pollution: species that the strongest resistance to SO2 and NO2 pollution included Cassia surattensis and Lagerstroemia indica; species that the stronger resistance to SO2 and NO2 pollution included Rhodoleia championii, Bombax malabaricum, Cassia fistula, Camellia chekiangoleosa, Camellia azalea, Michelia maudiae, Cassia siamea, Lagerstroemia speciosa; and these showing moderate resistance to SO2 and NO2 pollution included Callistemon rigidus, Brachychiton acerifolius, Saraca dives, Barringtonia racemosa; while these species with weak resistance to SO2 and NO2 pollution were Bauhinia blakeana, Tabebuia pentaphylla, Lysidice rhodostegia, Jacaranda mimosifolia, Tabebuia chrysantha, Chorisia speciosa, Koelreuteria bipinnata, Spathodea campanulata, Bauhinia variegate, Prunus serrulata.
