摘 要:对5种大孔树脂提取商陆红色素进行比较;考察经AB-8大孔树脂提纯后,乙醇沉淀商陆红色素的最佳工艺条件。AB-8大孔树脂吸附商陆红色素效果最好;乙醇沉淀纯化商陆红色素的最佳工艺为:洗脱液浓缩50倍,浓缩液:乙醇为1:10(0.8 mL浓缩液加到8 mL乙醇中),沉淀3次。经过AB-8大孔树脂提纯后,乙醇沉淀不仅能够除去大部分杂质,而且大大提高了商陆红色素的品质。Considering overall adsorption and desorption capacity, AB-8 resin was selected out of 5 types of macroporous resins to purify the red pigment from fi'uits of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. And the optimum process conditions for purifying the red pigment using ethanol precipitation were determined as follows: elution concentrated 50 time, concentrated solution:ethanol as 1:10 (0.8 mL concentrated solution added to 8ml ethanol) and precipitation 3 time. After AB-8 macroporous resin purification, ethanol precipitation was able to remove most of the impurities and greatly enhance the pigment quality.
